Okay. It's not too early to be thinking of Spring is it? No. No, How could it be? Glorious spring weather and longer sunnier days is all that is on my mind these days. As I've been online browsing for new Spring additions lately, I've been noticing a lot of pastel colours popping up in the new arrivals section. And of course this is not new. Pastels and Spring go hand in hand. However, these pastels are different. I've been noticing a lot of muted Periwinkles and Sea Foams. They are just in these perfect fresh shades for spring! Here are just a few of the loveliest items I've found for Spring!

Okay. I feel like this outfit is a no brainer. A super casual winter look with the quintessential oversized go-to scarf. If you don't have a go-to scarf then I strongly suggest this weekend you go pick one up. Especially a really nice oversized one in a great print. It's one of these things that can make an outfit go from good to great with minimal effort. This scarf Stephanie is wearing, I have been pining over for months now. I just can't bring myself to buy it simply because I already own one too many scarves. It's amazing because the scarf has this great plaid print on the one side and a houndstooth on the other. What wouldn't mixing two classic prints together bring but sheer beauty?

Ah this necklace. I am in love. I am so very over the huge statement, bib-type necklaces. Which is a shame, considering I own many of them. I mean, I still like them, but in moderation now. I found this choker type necklace at a small gorgeous boutique in Guelph called Blush. At first I loved it. Then when I took it home, I regretted buying it. And now I ever regret regretting buying it. (#noregrets)

Okay. I am not by any means saying this is a practical outfit for the weather we have been having in the Toronto area lately. I know my dear reader that you are smarter than that. This outfit however is perfect for that mild weathered Saturday where you and your dearest cousin decide to take a walk downtown, grab a coffee and explore the cute little shops your town has to offer. And that day, don't be afraid to mix things up with a stripe on stripe pairing. It's totally fine. If done the right way of course. A thin stripe with a thick stripe is good, if done in on a small scale. I mean you could do a full on stripy outfit, but it is really hard to make head to toe stripes in all different varieties look good. Perhaps one day I'll give it a go and try to make it work. Until then lets just enjoy this outfit of Stephanie's.
